Yes, all cells come with free busbars and bolts (typically 1 busbar and 2 bolts/studs per battery). If you need special sizes, please let us know.
Are the batteries tested prior to shipping?
Absolutely. We test each battery for capacity (error margin <2%), voltage (deviation <0.01V), and resistance (deviation <0.05mΩ) to ensure a perfectly matched set.
What is required before assembling a DIY battery pack?
Cells must be balanced (same voltage) before assembly. We ensure single battery quality; however, customers must have the professional knowledge to connect BMS and chargers correctly.
What is the return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted for unused batteries (intact electrodes, no welding, no wear) within 15 days of arrival. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. Damages caused by incorrect assembly or lack of BMS protection are not eligible.
What happens if the cargo is damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately with photos or videos. If the product is unusable or lost, we will coordinate a replacement or refund for the product cost.
