How long is your delivery time?
Typically 3-5 working days for items in stock, and 15-21 days for items that are out of stock.
Do you provide samples?
Samples are available; however, customers are required to pay for the sample cost and freight charges.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders under $3000, 100% upfront. For orders over $3000, a 30% deposit is required with the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our systems are fully certified according to international standards including IEC62477-1, EN61000, IEC62619, IEC62620, and UN38.3.
